Right by the beach with spectacular views to the sea, the sunset and the coast of Kini village, Aniv is designed to take full advantage of its prime location. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped with guest convenience in mind.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have contemporary decoration and appliances such as smart TV with Netflix and many channels and Playstation. The master bedroom has a modern ensuite bathroom and seaviews, the two twin bedrooms and the separate bathroom are spacious. The veranda that runs along the front of the villa is ideal for alfresco dining or lounging. A sheltered terrace is hidden from prying eyes so guests can enjoy the hot tub with a built-in jet whirlpool. The roof terrace is the perfect spot to sunbathe or spend lazy hours gazing into the amazing view or enjoying the spectacular sight of the sun setting into the sea at sunset.The open plan layout turns the living areas into two extra bedrooms during the night, since the furniture is designed to fulfill a double function adding two double beds in the total number of beds.
A maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated.

Situated just a 1 minute walk from the sea and 3-6 minutes’ walk from shops, beachfront tavernas, restaurants, coffee houses and cocktail bars, Aniv is perfect for beach-lovers.
